Streamwood

Streamwood is a fifteen-minute run east on Irving Park from our Elgin shop, and it is one of the areas where we do the most rental turnover work.

Townhomes and apartments here turn over on a tight clock, and a unit that does not pass inspection costs the owner a week of rent. We do full empty-unit cleans with carpet extraction in the same visit, priced flat and scheduled around the actual handover date.

For owner-occupied homes, the usual call is a deep clean after a few years without one, or a carpet extraction ahead of the holidays. Either one gets the same walkthrough-first, written-price approach we use everywhere else.
