Twenty Years of Cleaning the Fox Valley
Jose Arce has been cleaning homes and commercial buildings for over two decades. Arce Cleaning Crew is what that experience turned into: a small, locally owned crew based on Villa Street in Elgin that answers the phone and does the work itself.
A small crew, a long track record
Arce Cleaning Crew is owned and run by Jose Arce out of Elgin, Illinois. Twenty-plus years in cleaning is the whole reason this business exists: enough time in enough houses, offices, and warehouses to know which jobs need a machine, which need a chemical, and which just need somebody willing to get on their knees and do the corners properly.
We stayed small on purpose. When you call, you are talking to the people who will be in your space. There is no dispatcher, no franchise script, and no crew you have never met showing up with a key. That is also why we can quote a job honestly, including telling you when a deep clean is not what you actually need.
The work runs from routine to serious. Weekly janitorial for offices in Schaumburg, carpet extraction in Elgin bungalows, stripping and waxing a warehouse floor in Bartlett overnight, and flood cleanup at eleven on a Sunday when a pipe goes in a Park Ridge basement. Same crew, same standard, priced in writing before we start.
What we stand for
Six standards we hold ourselves to on every project — big or small.
Detail over speed
Corners, baseboards, and grout lines, not just the middle of the floor.
Straight answers
Honest quotes, honest timelines, and honest advice about what a space needs.
Respect for your space
Furniture moved carefully and put back, floors protected, nothing left behind.
On time, every time
The crew arrives in the window we gave you, including for evening work.
The right equipment
Extractors, scrubbers, buffers, and wood machines that a rental cannot match.
Available for emergencies
Flood and water cleanup after hours and on Sundays, when it actually matters.
A better service experience, by design
Generic promises are easy. We focus on the habits that actually make the difference.
Four steps from first call to final walkthrough
A clean, predictable process so you always know what's next.

Call, text, or send the form. Describe the space, the square footage, and the problem, and we will tell you honestly whether it needs a deep clean or a machine.

We come look at the actual floors, carpets, and rooms, then send a written price and a date. No charge, no pressure, no obligation.
The clean
The crew arrives when we said, with the equipment the job needs, and works through the space in a planned order so nothing gets missed or re-soiled.
Walk it with us
Before we pack up, we walk the space together. Anything you point at gets handled before we leave.
Local crew, in your neighborhood
