Schaumburg

Schaumburg has more commercial square footage than anywhere else we serve, and most of our work here reflects that: janitorial routes, VCT stripping and waxing, and auto-scrubber work in retail and office space around Woodfield and Golf Road.

Retail floors in particular take a beating, and the shine goes away because old finish yellows and traps dirt underneath. Stripping it back to bare tile and laying fresh coats is a different job from buffing, and it is the one that actually brings the floor back. We run it overnight so the store opens on schedule.

On the residential side we do deep cleans, carpet and upholstery extraction, and window cleaning for Schaumburg homes and townhomes, usually on evenings and weekends to fit around commuting schedules.
