Rosemont

Rosemont is almost entirely commercial, and so is our work here. Hotels, offices, venues, and the businesses that serve them all run on schedules where cleaning has to happen overnight or not at all.

High-traffic carpet in lobbies and corridors is the constant. Hundreds of people a day grind soil into the base of the pile, and only extraction pulls it back out. We run it overnight, section by section, so nothing is roped off during business hours.

We also do stripping and waxing on back-of-house VCT, auto-scrubbing in service corridors and loading areas, and post-event cleaning around the entertainment district when a venue needs to turn a room over quickly.
