Evanston

Evanston runs from lakefront historic homes to dense student rentals near campus, and we do both, though they are very different jobs.

Rental turnovers around the university happen on a hard calendar, and a unit either passes inspection on the day or it does not. We do full empty-unit cleans with carpet or hardwood work in the same visit, booked well ahead of the June and September crunch.

The older homes east of Ridge are deep-cleaning work: original hardwood that needs machine cleaning rather than mopping, tile and grout that has gone grey, and the trim, radiators, and window tracks that only a deep clean ever touches.
