Elgin

Elgin is where we live and where the truck starts every morning, which makes it the easiest place on our map to get on the schedule. Villa Street sits right in the middle of town, so a walkthrough in Elgin usually happens the same week you call, and sometimes the same day.

Elgin housing runs from the big frame and brick homes in the historic districts to postwar ranches and newer subdivisions out west. The older houses come with original hardwood, plaster, radiators, and window tracks that have never really been cleaned, and all of that responds well to machine work rather than a mop and a rag.

On the commercial side we do janitorial routes for offices and shops downtown, floor stripping and waxing along the Dundee Avenue and Randall Road corridors, and emergency flood cleanup for basements after the Fox River floods or a pipe lets go in the middle of winter.
