Des Plaines

Des Plaines sits on the river, and that shapes a lot of the work we do here. Basement water is a recurring fact of life in parts of town, and our emergency line covers this area after 7 PM and on Sundays for exactly that reason.

When water gets in, the first hours decide what can be saved. We extract standing water, pull carpet and pad that is past saving, set air movers, and clean and sanitize what is left. We will tell you straight which parts are recoverable rather than drying something that should come out.

Outside emergencies, Des Plaines gets the same range as everywhere else: deep cleans, carpet extraction, and evening janitorial for the offices, hotels, and light industrial spaces clustered near O'Hare.
